How "Active" works on this page. A listing flips to inactive via mark_stale(days=7) — a time-based sweep that runs after every scrape, not a live check against ss.com. So a listing that was last seen 6 days ago stays marked active until the next scrape session misses it, even if the seller already pulled the ad.
